Sloan Lake Neighbor

Denver, Colorado

This Denver city house is insinuated in the established Sloan Lake neighborhood that dates back to the mid 1950’s. The original house of blonde masonry inspired a reinterpretation that is both intended to be a good neighbor, while also living more fully in an inside/outside dialogue of spaces. As a 4,000 square foot, four-story living experience, the new home celebrates abundant daylight, open living, and a contemporary but quiet material palette.
