Leslie McDonald is the expert juggler of marketing, administration and financial efforts at the studio. After many years in the San Diego architecture scene, she headed to the Boulder foothills and now lends her creative and organizational talents to Barrett Studio.
Finding compelling new ways to show off the studio’s newly completed architectural gems is her favorite challenge. The Living Architecture blog, proposals, award submittals, and helping clients with their various needs are all her domain.
Leslie’s house was luckily spared in the historic 2013 floods in Boulder, so she still enjoys co-habiting in the countryside with the resident wildlife: bear, bobcat, deer, and an occasional turkey if the winds are blowing, which they often do. Her meditation practice keeps her calm and energized for the next big events at work and at home.
